Refund Policy

Any Small Batch Silk Products that you wish to return must be mailed back to the address on the bottle; this must be paid for by the purchaser.  Any Amazon Affiliate link products will be processed through the Amazon website and we are not in any way responsible for the refunding of these products. Any deposits placed for a puppy are non-refundable.  This is non-negotiable.  Any puppies purchased through our breeding program that do not pass their 72hour health examination from their own independent veterinarian will receive a 100% refund when puppy is returned.  Any puppy purchased through our breeding program that the buyer wishes to return without a valid reason from a certified veterinarian will not receive a refund but does have the choice to surrender the puppy back to us.  There are no refunds for stud services, this is non-negotiable.
